I first met Yoshie in 2020, about a year and a hal

I first met Yoshie in 2020, about a year and a half after having my son, when I was still finding my footing with postpartum mental health. My sound healing sessions quickly became one of the few grounding spaces I could count on. During the pandemic I joined one of her sound healing workshops, which gave me simple tools to care for myself between sessions. And in 2022 I even brought her in to guide a session with my team at the agency because I trusted the kind of clarity and calm she brings into any room.Yoshie may have left Brunei, but I always try to catch her whenever she’s back. Her work has helped me realign, stay open to growth and opportunities, and move through life with a little more intention. More than a practitioner, she’s become a dear friend whose presence stays with me long after each session. ❤️@mariahzaharaa @oddboxpictures
